So the way this has been explained to me is.....

If you change to a soft top now (before the July cut off) your chances of getting a 21 are higher. You also get the free hard top conversion kit, ) my notes say free hardtop UPDATED THERE'S NO FREE HARDTOP

Those that wait until 23 to get a hard top will get the 200k points for waiting. AND PRICE PROTECTION

2 door models get the molded in color which is a graphite gray color or wait until 23. Same delays apply.

What will also help....
Removal of tow packages
The more base the better the chances.
Some have dropped the Sasquatch package and are opting to upfit their Bronco their way to get it sooner. This is a viable and available and affordable option. We can help ahead of time so you can get an idea of pricing. Please only ask if you're seriously considering it. It takes a lot of time and effort to get estimates from our vendors. Hope this makes sense.

If you have an order for a black diamond or above more than likely you will not see a 21. There's a very limited supply on parts to build these models. It will be hit and miss, mostly a miss.

If u have a manual 2.3 those are also okay.

Sasquatch package not happening for 21

2.7 engine is also limited.

If you change to big bend or base, 2.3 auto/manual, 4 door soft top, this will give you the greatest chance of a 21. Ford is also giving higher allocations to cover these for dealers whom have people that make the change.

FE you WILL see a 21 model just no guarentee on when this year.

Keep in mind we're quickly approaching the 22 model year which are supposed to be hitting the dirt for delivery before this year is over.

Yes you may still make changes up until you get scheduled to be built. If you're not selected and want to change again you may. We have to have this in writing so it's best to email me. If you don't get a confirmation email back from me within 4 days EMAIL ME AGAIN. Not surprisingly I'm behind on getting everything handled. I will get caught up. My goal is to have changes made and confirmed by early next week.

Any questions please ask. If you're comfortable asking here please do. Remember we've got lurkers and it will help everyone and me.

Lastly we do have a Bronco on the lot that can be driven. Please let me know if you want to come in. You can just text me to set it up or let me know when you'll be showing up. It will be there and available every day. Remember there's a lot of buzz around it as we are the 1st in our area to get 1.

Did I read that right? If I have Sasquatch I’m not getting a truck this year? Ouch.

@1979 this is what I've been told yes. Remember the 22s will begin this year but the way he was talking you won't get a 22 Sasquatch in the 21 model year.

Are scheduled builds effected?

@WRF3MD as far as I know they are not. The scheduled builds have what they need to be built. I'm not sure if it has any effect on the hard tops tho. I wouldn't be surprised if those that are scheduled get a soft top. I can double check to be sure.

No need to double check for me. I'm a 2 door, pretty sure I won't be getting a soft top

@WRF3MD correct there's no soft top at all unless it's aftermarket. You may end up with the graphite gray top

Thanks for the info, as always. Since I have a VIN, even though I have a BD, 2.7 and tow, they aren’t going to push it off to 22, right? I keep reading about people’s production dates getting moved all around. Also, I’ve asked a couple times about accessories and think I’ve timed my emails during times you were out, but I was wondering when do those get ordered since I think they’re separate from the actual vehicle order, right? Thanks for everything!!

@mcalpal sorry that's no ones fault but my own. Regardless of if I was in or out. I'm not trying to excuse it. I seem to get a flood of emails around the same time and sadly as the month end approaches it seems I can't stay caught up. Just forward me the email again. If you've sent it in the past week I may have not got to it yet. I'm trying to get thru everyone who wants to make changes 1st, since there's a time limit for those.

Good God...the FORD Motor Company is giving us the old Chorizo con Rock Salt on this Roll out. I wonder how successful I would be if I owned a restaurant and launched a whole new menu and when the customers packed in and began ordering, my wait staff told them:

"Excellent choice on the new menu item Sirloin Steak Sir...Unfortunately, we have no steak, no potato's, carrots, rice or mushrooms. If you'd like to get a steak this visit, you need to order a hamburger, preferably with no bun, fries or ketchup as we have limited quantities of those, our chef is quite talented and can mold the burger into the shape of a Sirloin. The good news is that for your trouble we are giving you a voucher for our new Sirloin Steak dinner".

oh...and to make it worse...the waiter would explain it all in Swahili so no one understood any of what he was saying (Kind of like FORDS emails).

Not trying to shoot the messenger here, NayNay, you've been great and a huge help for us to understand what FORD is shoveling at us.

@BPMANAZ I do not agree. I think it's like the wait staff takes the order, let's you smell the steak cooking. You get excited and they tell you in 20 minutes it will be here and at minute 18 they tell you there's a delay, 20 more minutes to wait. Then at 19 minutes and 45 seconds they tell you no steak and flop your new burger in front of you. Have a great day, isn't this yummy in the tummy. Oh steak? What steak? Yeah that's not now that's on next month's menu silly. So next month you do the same and then get told your steak will be here in TWO YEARS

Thanks for the updates @NayNay. Should we expect commodity constraints for MY22 also? I’ll likely change my 2DR Mod Top to a MIC Top so I have a shot of getting a Bronco in the (MY22) near term and think about purchasing a Mod Top if/when they’re available in MY23. Is that a reasonable expectation to have?
Dystinct
Thanks Nay-- how does this affect those who hold the line-l as far as delivery next year- 4 Dr OBX Lux/Tow/MIC top. Was thinking this should keep our spots...

Was thinking about kicking to a heritage if I do get stuck in MY22 does price protection work there? And place in line? Obviously white top for the heritage will be a toss up but I figure I can order on the back side and pull it for 23....

@Dystinct I honestly have no answer for that yet. I'll probably be in a better spot to answer after I get through this next week. Month end, closing 3 departments out, and Ford threw me a last minute curve ball.
