Any one here order from Leif Johnson Ford? I see a lot of posts with "4 out of 30" orders and priority codes. I haven't heard anything from the dealer.

Heres the crazy part. North side ford has 6 vehicles on their website with Vin's. I cant even get my VIN or a single reply or email on the status of my reservation. https://www.nsford.com/searchnew.aspx?Model=Bronco

@Sarconus I'm at Northside Ford too and will probably never do business with them again due to their complete lack of knowledge and their terrible lack of communication.

@Joker yea I hear ya. I called my sales guy on Thursday. He said he would get back with me. Guess what is Sunday no response.

seems suspicious that there is one of each package listed.

@Sarconus . I messaged online to ask if any were on the lot yet at NsideFord. The chat agent said she would have sales person let me know. I received a response (none in the lot yet) the next day from Jason Pelmear.

Of course was not about personal vehicle but you might try to sneak your question in to someone that way. lol

I moved my res from Truck City (Leif Johnson). I heard from them twice and both times, told MSRP. I found a better deal. It just doesn't feel like they care unless you are willing to PAY!!

@law yeah, I called to talk about switching to a soft top and it felt like I was a huge bother. I really just wanted an update, like, "we've got 4 broncos with VINS"

I ordered and received my Bronco through Leif Johnson. They provided no service, charged MSRP and they have ideas about customer service that do not agree with mine. I got the impression that they could care less about me as a customer.

@law and @Skewer - do we have to cancel our reservation to move our order from Truck City Ford? They quoted me MSRP as well. Any communication I've had with them has been pretty close to worthless. Each time they tell me I'll hear from Ford at the same time they do, otherwise they know nothing. It was already a red flag when I knew more about the options and vehicle than they did when I placed my order. Ugh!
I'm rethinking my decision to go to them instead of a local dealer that I have history with.

@Bronco4FUN the group there at truck city is just doing what all the other dealers in Texas are doing. I don’t know about moving your reservation since you have an order. I would definitely call Ford customer service for those answers.

@Bronco4FUN I'm not as worried about the MSRP. I'm more worried that I have an early July 14 reservation and haven't heard anything at all. I ordered a 2.7L which I know is one of the delayers, but there have been a lot of VINs with 2.7s given out.
