Well LHM Draper strikes again! Was washing my ranger this morning and needed to head down to the detail shop to pick up some cleaning supplies for the ranger. Decided to pass by LHM on the way because they recently got their 2 door badlands in cyber orange in. Pulled up to the dealership and was about to walk in when a salesman stopped me and said what can I help you with. Told him I was here to see the bronco they had. He told he it wasn’t here and that I could come back next week to see it. I asked where it was at and he proceeded to tell me that the GM’s wife has had it all week………I looked at the salesman and said are you freaking serious! Why does she have it? That is the dealers bronco for customers to test drive and look at. He didn’t have an answer and said yeah you can come see it next week. And he said that if I wanted to test drive it I would have to come between Monday and Wednesday. I asked why those days and he said that Thursday-Saturday are their busiest days and they don’t have time for people those days. What a literal F$&@ing joke! They don’t care about anyone and they are all about the money. Do they think this is funny or a game. It’s not! We have waiting over a year for this thing and once they get it they just say whatever. This has officially sent me over the edge and I will never use them ever again. That includes maintenance like oil changes and other things. I will not give them any of my money. I hope this helps everyone never use them again. I beg you to go to another dealer or even go out of state if possible. Thought everyone would like to know what happened to me today. Thanks
