I just wanted to share the incredible buying experience yesterday at Ray Skillman Ford in Greenwood, IN. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. They were very upfront with everything. No surprises with pricing; they stood by their word, selling at MSRP. Ken and Ryan were excellent during the waiting period. At times they were as frustrated as I was with the bit of info Ford was giving us.
Long story short, if you're looking at buying a Ford or a used car, they've got a great selection, and the customer service is probably the best in the state.
