I got out and ran Union springs to flagpole knob and then back down to Switzer lake.
We had a great time, it is easy to miss your turn at stone gap coming from union springs so I will post a couple photos, I am also gonna post a couple of the toughest obstacles, they don't look like much in the photos but most are on a 10-13 degree grade approaching the obstacle.
