Who's in for a day Trip on Oct 1st .... trail is TBD but we are starting to organize a group right now

If you look on the Arizona Broncos Facebook group, there are both organized and "hey anyone want to go out with us?" runs. You will have zero problems finding someone to hit the trails with from that group.

Ok so does anyone have any suggestions for where to go??
- remember we are NOT looking for super challenging trails that need super expert off roaders ...... we are looking for a fun get together day that people at every level can attend without getting their nerves rattled

So much to choose. Four Peaks is really easy, Sycamore Creek is easy and fun, Bulldog Canyon has a couple minor challenges but still easy and fun.

@sklnbnzaz just the ones you have mentioned ..... How about Mount Lemmon near Tucson? people were talking about it before the HEAT got here

Ok, so what is shaping up is a day trip to Mount Lemmon near Tucson for Oct 1st .... there is a backway to the summit that's just a dirt road and not challenging at all .... but I think it will be a good day for our first meet and greet so to speak .... we can meet in Oracle AZ at the start of the trail .... I've never been there but i hear its a super scenic drive

So far we have @OffRoadRaider and @Tataman committed for Oct 1st (Sat) plus myself, and 3 others from the Bronco Buyers group .... total of 6 Broncos .... is there anyone else from the AZ Club interested in joining us?

put me down as a tentative. my weekends have been booked up for weeks on end, so I might just stay home and stare at the ceiling for a change.

Just an FYI... A few of us are meeting up out at Sycamore Creek tomorrow (September 25th) in the morning for a Sunday run. Probably 3 hours or so exploring through Sycamore Creek. We will meet at 9:30 am at the staging area Just off the Bush Highway exit off Highway 87 (coordinates 33.62888, -111.56074) and hit the trail at 9:45. Thought I would throw this out for anyone wanting to get on the trail tomorrow!

Ummm no I was waiting for suggestions .... I was thinking of either meeting at BlackRock Coffee shop in Gilbert at 8ish or so, or Oracle Patio Cafe at 9:30 to 10:00

I am cool meeting up at black rock or meeting in oracle. I do plan on getting gas in oracle. Timing sounds great to me.

To get the ball rolling, I'll go with meeting at the Blackrock Coffee shop location in your map, we can always take a pause at the Oracle Patio as it's on the way
