The PNW Bronco Group

Group for Bronco owners (past, present & future) in the Pacific Northwest
Good morning, everyone. Long time reader, first time “posting”. I’ve had my rig for a little over 2-months and after waiting for 28-months to receive it, I’m looking for a Dealer/Service Department in the ”general area” of Bellevue to perform some Warranty work, as the Bronco is now throwing codes, and G.O.A.T. Modes are unavailable. Purchasing Dealer is some ways away, and while that is an option, it’s not preferable, and yes, it was thought about when Purchasing. As I do most of my own “wrenching”, and it’s always a C-shoot when leaving your rig with someone, if there’s one out there that has a good rep, I’d appreciate the insight.
Thank You

I've had a good experience with Evergreen Ford.

I was using Evergreen Ford until I bought a Chevy May 2018. I always had amazing service from Brenda Lane and her team of technicians.

If you want to cross to the West Side, Bill Piere maintains an awesome service department.

Brenda at Evergreen is who I have always done my recalls and warranty repair. She has always been quick with replies and helpful, as well as fairly accurate for how long things will take.

I have always used Bickford in Snohomish. Arthur Sharkey does a great job for me and my stable.

I use AutoNation Ford Bellevue. I've been a customer of theirs for years and they always do great work. Ask for Paul in the service department and he'll make sure to get you taken care of

Thanks Everyone. AutoNation/Bellevue would be the most "painless", but I'm sure that it will come down to whomever has the earliest, open slot. Based on the "Codes/Fault Messages", I'm hoping it is the same module, but they're all related to "comm's".

Thanks you Club Members, for the referrals. Brenda Lane of Evergreen Ford, went out of her way to respond to the Issue and accommodate the Warranty Work. A+ in my book. The rig has been repaired (faulty Buss-bar), and is back on the road. Merry Christmas Everyone, and Happy New Year!

Unfortunately one of the issues with purchasing away from where you get service is that warranty work is prioritized, with local purchasers receiving priority before other warranty work from outside the dealership (from my salesman)
