Yup, we just finished this 2025 Outer Banks fully-optioned (aside from rock sliders) and it works great with the 35x12.5" on the 0 offset methods with the stock fenders.
That's what we did. Got all the body work done first as ADV told us the fenders would clear, then worked with KMC on some "tank" beadlocks in 0 offset that we were told would fit the 37" tires to the ADV perfectly. With the fenders on, we brought the bronco in, mounted the beadlocks and cycled...
Our Kings are designed to bump in the same location as the factory SAS struts. We do this to maintain the stock tie-rod geometry. Pushing the bump location lower while increasing the travel is a dangerous prospect with the steering geometry of the Broncos.
We run the ADV fiberglass and the...
It's so zoomed in, i can hardly tell what I am looking at here. Another day working from 8am-8pm, i'll need to read through this tomorrow to see my involvement, if any...
We're running SAS wheels and 37x12.5" tires with no interference. A 315 is technically a 12.4" so i doubt there would be an issue unless the tire has substantial side lugs.
This is (obviously) installed on our Bronco; we've don't thousands of miles through Baja and the Mojave Desert in temperatures that would make you not want to exit the cab... zero issue with heat. This was part of our testing before finalizing and releasing the bumper. We're running the Zeon 10S.
Glad to hear you're loving it. The sway-bar is the most under-rated improvement as people don't realize how limiting a rigid sway bar can in both ride quality and articulation. Most thing spring/shock when they think suspension but the sway-bar is a huge determinate of how the spring/shock...
Thanks for the support! We do not sell direct; do you know from whom it was purchased? I would be happy to assist you in connecting with the retailer to accommodate your request.
Lower volume has nothing to do with it... Our prices don't factor volume into the equation. The price has everything to do with the quality of materials & 100% USA manufacturing.
Prettier, no arguments there. Superfluous for the application can be argued BUT that depends on use-case. We...
The differences in construction are substantial. Carli uses has thicker, stronger arms (3/4" for the full length), in-house machined 17-4 Stainless sway bar end links with rebuildable bronze wear surfaces in the unlikely event you need to rebuild them as they're far more robust in construction...
For sure - we've been running CV2 in our Ball Joints for 15 years and MUCH of our front end business was fleet service to Canadian oil-patch trucks. In inclement weather, we normally run severe service intervals BUT the inner tie-rod is in a boot so it's sealed from the elements - your service...
