  1. RCV Performance CV Axles - are they junk or did I get a defective set?

I've had the boots on my RCV axles fail 4 times (all 4 boots). About every 9 months. Probably going to get Ford Performance CVs after I put the stock CVs on it and break one of those.
  2. TSB 23-2400 Covered by ESP - Lessons Learned

Unfortunately Ford has "programmed" the dealers and techs to follow the procedures EXACTLY at risk of not being paid. I got "lucky" because I had the codes that Indicated the harness and disconnect needed to both be replaced. Good luck!
  3. Bronco EV reportedly on hold until early next decade (⚠️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS)

I think the new JC Whitney catalog has the Physics Delete kit.
  4. TSB 23-2400 Covered by ESP - Lessons Learned

Thanks Javier! Appreciate you looking into the matter!
  5. TSB 23-2400 Covered by ESP - Lessons Learned

I believe the gentlemen in the other thread had a dealer that did that and the issue re-appeared shortly thereafter.
  6. TSB 23-2400 Covered by ESP - Lessons Learned

So my 2021 Badlands started throwing the "Drive under 20 miles. Get Sta-Bar Disconnect Serviced Now" message. I found this very helpful thread: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/my-sta-bar-saga-water-ingress.88457/ I have 37K on my 2.5 year old Bronco and when I purchased it I bought the...
  7. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

Thank you! I'm waiting to hear from Ford on a couple of fronts to see if they are going to cover it or not. But I will make a new thread with the outcome to help any others in this situation.
  8. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

Thanks for your helpful insight. @StephensAutoCenter I'm sure Ford has provided dealers with such a list. Care to share with the group?
  9. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

Where does Ford publish a comprehensive list of all the parts not covered by ESP so someone can know ahead of time which parts will not be covered by Ford? Asking for a friend...
  10. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

So we can agree it doesn't make sense. If Ford can arbitrarily decide that parts that have known manufacturing defects aren't covered by the ESP that seems problematic. That in the totally unforseen circumstance that their 60K vehicle is exposed to water it's on them to fix it. I just want...
  11. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

And that makes any sense how? Seriously?
  12. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

The causal part identified EXACTLY matches the TSB... I'm more than happy to pay my deductible.
  13. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

Funny way of saying it's not covered... Why wouldn't it say Not Eligilbe? What's the opposite of Not Eligible??
  14. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Found DTC C103A and corrosion on C1294A & C1294B Ran it through Oasis and even though the TSB clearly states its covered under ESP, Oasis says NO COVERAGE FOUND when run with causal part 2B325 again exactly as per the TSB So they're telling me...
  15. My Sta-Bar Saga, Water Ingress?

So I'm dealing with this issue right now. @Ford Motor Company my dealer is telling me this isn't covered by my ESP warranty that I bought. So you manufacture a part that fails due to water intrusion (bad part) and then refuse to cover it? For a customer that's got 37K miles and an ESP???
