  1. Recommended heavy duty rear bumper

I have and recommend the LOD with swing out spare tire carrier. Made in the USA, heavy duty, and takes the weight of the spare off the tailgate.
  2. Dealership snapped my tie-rod!!!

Sorry to hear that happened. The dealer did the right thing fixing it without issues. Curious why the dealer "rush ordered" the parts if you have spares; it could have been fixed same day.
  3. Retro Chrome or Black? Edit: I’ve decided on chrome. Thanks everyone!

A true retro emblem is chrome. Black is the "new" chrome. If you want to look retro, chrome is appropriate.
  4. Bronco vs. F150

I currently rotate between my 6 vehicles. If I could only have one, hands down a 1/2 ton pickup. They do everything well and would fit your use case perfectly. Could you make a Bronco work in your situation, yes. Would you be making unnecessary compromises, yes. In my opinion, the Bronco is...
  5. Flat Tow Tips (from 16K miles of towing behind RV)

Thank you for the tips. The only step I didn't follow when I had my issue was to remove the key fob. If I ever get brave enough to try flat towing my bronco again, I will try that step.
  6. Are Stock Goodyear Territory MT tires terrible?

As the replies have stated, the OEM Goodyear's have both good and bad attributes. I only have 7k miles on my 2023 and am considering switching for two reasons: 1. Gravel tossing--These things pick up and throw out gravel worse than any tire I've ever run. 2. Lack of puncture resistance...
  7. Ready Brute Elite II flat tow setup

I haven't verified if the update was performed but will on my next visit to my Ford dealer. I do have OTA updates turned on and the Bronco was into the Ford dealer after that update was released so I would think it is. I guess it would be good news if it hasn't been done as that would...
  8. Ready Brute Elite II flat tow setup

Very good writeup on your flat tow setup. I too used the ready brute for my 2023 V6 2-door with LOD bumper, frame tie ins, and adapters. I have the charge line, break-a-way, and Curt light adapter. I took it on the maiden voyage last week and ran into an issue (twice) which led to the wife...
  9. Washington Sasquatch shocks, 2 door, V6. $275

I went on the UPS site, it would be $200 per box so and additional $400 shipping to Georgia.
  10. Washington Sasquatch shocks, 2 door, V6. $275

I could get a quote for you but suspect with the size and weight it'd cost you at least $200 more. I think you could find a local deal cheaper.
  11. New Bronco purchase decision

I've towed with my 23 2-door v6 basesquatch several times (1500 lbs.) without issue. I concur with the others about financing vs. cash. The dealer does usually make $$ from you financing. If you can get a better deal financing, do it. If you like your dealer but want to minimize interest...
  12. Washington Trailer Hitch, Curt #13493. $50

I removed this hitch from my Bronco as I installed a LOD rear bumper that comes with a built in receiver. The hitch was on the Bronco for 6k miles and is in great shape. The sell new for $105, $50 for this lightly used one.
  13. Washington Sasquatch shocks, 2 door, V6. $275

Complete front and rear shocks with springs. These were removed from a 2023 2-door, 2.7 V6, base, sasquatch. The shocks have 6k miles on them and are in perfect working order. I installed Eibach adjustable coilovers after adding f/r steel bumpers and a winch.
