I have 2022 OBX non Sasquatch. I had reoccurring fuel sending unit problems from factory and rear end failed at 70k mikes. I don’t go four wheeling only used on snowy roads occasionally, so surprised rear ended failed. They replaced internals of rear end, even though I asked for full replacement...
A lot of previous posts on this. Yes you have to remove crash bars. It will fit but if you do a lot of fourwheelin, it could rub. Pavement and light fourwheelin should be fine.
I have the 4.27 with locking diff and I am glad it is being fully replaced. Had a few other issues but I don’t plan on getting rid of my Bronco, just crossing my fingers… lol
Thank you Fordified1 for the clarification and I did see that thread. Unfortunately I bought my Bronco in 2022 before people started talking about this. I do stay on top of my maintenance and change all my fluids early. Hopefully this is just a fluke with the rear end and my Bronco stay strong 🤞🏻
I had a humming noise coming from the rear of my Bronco when driving between 30-45mph (driving over 45 mph the tire noise drowned it out). I have a 2022 Outer Banks Non-SAS 2.7L automatic with 74k miles. I never tow or go off roading with, it is basically a pavement princess.
Dealership told...
I have a 2022 OBX with 2.7L with 4.27 and like the Badlands 33” takeoffs I have been using. Tires are worn out and I want to go up to 35” on the stock Badlands rims. I know I have to take off the crash bars, but is the offset on the Badlands wheels going to be a factor?
I would have swapped to...
Thanks Helipilot..I will have to look at it later today. I have been opening the top since I bought it in 2022 and never had problem in past. Hopefully this all it is and easily adjusted.
I have the soft top rattle. Is very annoying when driving on minimally bumpy roads. Sounds like something is loose, but I cannot isolate it, very frustrating. Happened after dropping my top for first time since the winter.
Just found this post. I am getting a lot of rattle from my soft top when driving on bumpy pavement. I have to try and isolate the sound this weekend. Started after I dropped my top for first time after the winter.
Anyone have a similar problem with the soft top?
I didn’t hear back from dealership yet, hopefully it’s covered. Such a shame these go so early on, considering my Bronco is a pavement princess with little 4 wheeling. I will keep you guys posted.
I have this whining noise coming from my Bronco when driving over 20 mph. Just brought into the dealership and waiting to hear back from them. I have just over 70k miles and I have the advanced 4WD as well. Seems this is a more common problem than just mine. Hopefully this is covered under my...
Just shoveled out from a snow storm. Had my Bronco warming up for a bit before I moved it and had the same yellow spots in snow. Hope it is from exhaust/heat shield like the video above says. All fluids seem fine at the moment.
