Not all. My 2-door is quiet. My hearing isn't perfect and I listen to the radio at 65 MPH with the volume on around 7 or 8. Definitely no "cracked window" wind noise.
There is some sort of rust preventive film inside the frame rails from the factory, but who knows how effective it is? I ran a wire inside the frame from front to back to wire up rear bumper lights, and had that goop all over my hands when I finally pulled the wire out the rear of the frame.
I use Sport, and not because I'm an aggressive driver -- I have a little over 900 miles on my 2.7L and have yet to exceed 2500 RPM. I use it to lock out the top two gears, since I'm running 3.73's with 33" tires. And I'm getting 20 MPG as a bonus.
I was driving my wife's Honda HR-V on a snowy 4-lane highway today. The outside lane in each direction was clear where tires run, but that's it. I was driving the 55 MPH speed limit, but only because I was being tailgated. People in regular sedans were blowing by me in the snow-covered left...
