No, I misunderstood. I took having rolling rocks as an indication that the new version didn't take on an 8" screen. If the update takes on that size screen size, I could care less if I see rolling rocks.

I installed this, as well. Adding aux switches was a goal that had been a long time coming. Like a few others have said, for these switches, you don't need to disassemble the passenger side like they show you in the Youtube video for the OEM switches. You're adding a wire harness, not removing...

I did this yesterday with BSG and Redline. The difference in smoothness of shifting is night and day. Felt like a different transmission. Never knew different fluids could make such a big difference.

@Rick Astley what was the ratio of Redline and Syncro Shift that you recommended? I assumed it was 60 Syncro Shift and 40 Redline but wanted to be sure.
