My SYNC 4 Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) also died and had to be replaced. The fuel pump and APIM were both covered under warranty, and the roadside assistance after the fuel pump failure was also covered under the warranty.
Bronco leveling springs and Carolina Squat are practically synonyms on this forum.
Maybe you should just replace the rear springs with aftermarket ones that restore the factory rake?
If you’re willing to drive a bit, there are some scenic sites that are well-known. 1.5 hours SSW is Whitaker Point (Hawksbill Crag), one of the most photographed sites in Arkansas, and 2.0 hours due South is Car Wash Falls.
In the meantime, while awaiting a digital solution, you may want to apply a thin strip of painter’s tape to your dashboard fuel level display and calibrate and mark it up the old-fashioned analog way.
The reason for factory rake is to account for the weight of cargo added to the cargo bay. You “leveled” for an empty cargo bay. Now that you have added cargo, you have encountered sag. Not surprising. 🤷♂️
Sorry to hear of your troubles.
Can you post a copy of the service write-up and invoice from the dealer’s service department? That will often document the specific codes, diagnostic procedures, and remedies applied in the technical language that Ford mechanics and engineers use to communicate...
The horror!
I have driven my Bronco for five years with bead-lock rings on all 5 wheels! I can barely sleep at night knowing my intentional lawlessness, but I force myself to, just for survival! 🥴
Welcome to off-road vehicle modding, my friend. Half the mods people make to their vehicles here (including mine) probably break some law or regulation in certain states. The risk averse who never drank from a garden hose or ran with scissors when they were young need not apply.
Please consider purchasing the popular Combo Pack, which is frequently bought together. You may be able to save some shipping costs, having all three delivered on the same pallet! 🤡
