I think you would need to disable ACC and TJA here in the IPMA: There is no info in the Bronco or Raptor spreadsheet for the CCM, but I think disabling ACC in the IPMA would be enough. There are also settings for IACC in the IPMA that may need to be disabled if disabling ACC alone is not...

Based on the "OTA reset" procedure they are describing, it sounds like the vehicle got stuck in inhibit mode during the OTA install. It's very rare, but it happens. I wish FORScan would add a service procedure that allow owners to do this themselves.

Ah ok. I know how to enable it on vehicles with just an IPMA, but not sure on these. Interesting that the video posted requires a BCM change to get it to work. I would have never thought of looking for TJA in there. I'm going to try to enable it on my girl's Bronco Sport to see what happens.

Yes, the OTA you got in January was 10.1.0 which is also an APIM update that precedes the TCU update you just got. Certain modules (GWM, APIM, TCU and sometimes IPC) need to be updated in a particular sequence, so that is perfectly normal behavior.
