I have the same issue - now twice but on different windows. I got it fixed once at the dealer about a month ago but now warranty is over I am trying to reset my self. The solution doesn't work for me becuase on step two when I roll up the window it just automatically goes back down on its own...

Yes. There is a TSB from Ford on this issue. They replace the gasket. I had mine repaired at a dealer, and after several rains its not leaking. It might take some time to get the part but the repair is very quick.
