Help, damaged the hardtop. How to repair these scratches / gouges?

I’m so mad at myself, anyone have experience or suggestions on what can be done to repair these scratch / gouges? Thanks

I'd leave as is or just try to find some touch up paint and fill the scratches the best you can. Other option is take to a body shop and let them repair it which may mean painting and good chance it might not match the adjacent panels.

Id get a scotchbrite to get rid of the rough spots then a fine sand paper to smooth it. Not too heavy tho

Havent had a reason to attempt it. The MIC is the same color all the way thru so if you do it right you should be ok

Scratch it across the entire top so it looks like it was designed that way. Custom mod.

This will take multiple stages of sanding and it may need to be painted being that the color is molded into the panels. To be safe, I would take it to a body shop.

If you’re worried about those mine would drive you nuts. Busted corners from dropping one, scuffed like crazy… they’re the cheapest crap ever.

No clue how to fix or protect it. I just let it ride and once it leaks we will have a call to insurance.

Bothers me esp because i just got her, i wish it was from off-road haha but no lol.
