Scored a "semi-vintage" plastic trunk from a thrift store for $15 that fits perfect behind the back seats. I say "semi-vintage" because of the old trunk style hardware... not many use this style hardware any more. Added a few stickers and loaded it up with stuff. "What stuff is in the box?" you may ask... recovery gear, small folding shovel, tree saw, first aid kit, jumper cables, small emergency air compressor, raingear, and a set of cheap Chinese tools I pieced together from Amazon.

Got some blue anodized ROCKWORKZ Hard Top Billet Screws and some Rear Seat Back Protectors. Like a lot of the Chinese Bronco accessories, there are several different companies selling the exact same products on Amazon. Bought the seat backs from MICTUNING on Amazon for $24. They fit perfect and cover the carpet seat backs... highly recommend.

Keeping my attention toward the rear, I installed a JCR Tailgate Table. Very solid, no rattles. I was not sure I wanted/needed a tailgate table, but I did want a tailgate molle panel to help organize gear. After a lot of research and contemplation it seemed like a "no brainer" to go ahead and get a table with a molle. I like the solid surface table that JCR offers. I also installed a Course Motorsports Tailgate Molle Panel, which is made for a fire extinguisher mount. I am not running a fire extinguisher and am just using it for the molle.

I finished up my custom DIY vinyl stripes this weekend by completing the rocker panels to match the rally stripes on the hood. I used the same 3M Vinyl as the hood - 3M 1080 Matte Indigo Blue & 3M 2080 Matte Deep Black. Install went pretty smooth. Definitely a skill installing auto vinyl... I couldn't imagine trying to wrap an entire vehicle. I will try and get better photos of the entire Bronco later today.

Getting ready for deer season so I took KRAKEN for a spin around the farm to check on some new food plots and check treestands to ensure they are all in good shape and safe for the upcoming season. Check out the color differences in these photos of the Azure Gray Mettalic paint depending on sunlight/shade/cloudcover...

Much like I toned down the SAS wheel aluminum beauty rings by powder coating a light gray, I wanted to tone down the bright white BRONCO grill letters. I had TUFFSKINZ make me a set of grill letter overlays in ghost gray. High quality product which acheived my goal of toning down the bright white letters and matching my wheel trim rings. Again, like the trim rings, a very subtle difference, but much better in my eyes.

My daughter & son in law stopped by for a visit in their stealth wrapped Rivian. Cool vehicle, but not exactly my "cup of tea".

*** RAINY DAY PROJECT ***

Scratched the front capable bumper mods off the list (mostly) this morning between light rain showers. Replaced the factory fog lights with Diode Dynamics Elite Series yellow fog lights. Also installed a Nacho Offroad Technology light mount bar on my capable bumper... topping it off with some RIGID 360-Series 4 inch lights. I really like the low profile Nacho bar with the 4 inch lights. I originally wanted a hoop bar and was going to drill the bumper and install a Rugged Ridge Spartan Overrider bar but wasn't happy with the exact fitment. Some members have installed them and they look good, but I decided to give Nacho a try as they are the only company making capable bumper light bars that I am aware of. The product is heavy duty and well fabricated with a nice textured powder coat.

KRAKEN's light set up is 2 pair of Ford Performance RIGID 4 inch 360 Series lights meant for mirror mount ditch lights. These are driving lights with no backlight. One pair is mounted on the mirrors with JCR mirror mounts and the other pair is in the middle of the Nacho bar. The outside lights on the bar are RIGID 4 inch 360 Series Amber Pro Spot with amber backlight. Each pair will be wired to a seperate Aux Switch. The Diode Dynamics Elite Series yellow fogs with amber backlight are wired to the factory fog switch. All backlights will be wired to a seperate single Aux Switch. I also got a pair of RIGID 4 inch 360 Series Amber Pro Light Covers which will allow me to switch things up a bit.

I hope to get everything wired up this weekend if it stops raining...

Installed a few minor things... I stole another member's idea and replaced the engine cover mounting button head screws with thumbscrews. Also installed a TUFFSKINZ Shift Knob Insert in velocity blue to add a little more blue interior accent. Removed the "doors off" warning stickers in the door jambs and installed these nifty blue anodized latch covers.
