Yea, spoke to someone last night that was aware of this thread and they were super helpful. with that said, a non website check out that requires sending cash to someone in china with no CC protection is a leap of faith that im not sure i want to take at this point in time. if 100 people on here had them and had followed this procedure i would feel better about it but it looks like everone else used another form of checkout with at least some of check out protection.

I Totally agree, That is why I used Alibaba. I am still waiting to get the auxiliary tank and the fuel tank from them. it should be showing up here closer too the end of the month or the first week in April. The communication has been good. But the leap of faith is a risk not willing to take.

They did say that they were hoping to finish up on the website payment portal soon and i would happily use that as i just some protection.

I am really looking forward to them showing up. this set of days off I am put subs in. I am really hoping Mar 25 that will be 60 days since order, That is my next set of days off, I am hoping the tanks will be here. I can get them installed. They said it may take up to 70 days for them to get here.

I am thinking of doing what you did. 46gal feels awfully advantageous.
Did they confirm the space underneath? I was concerned the 30 would interfere with the 16.

I am considering just adding the auxiliary tank. That would provide a considerable improvement in range. The problem is, it is such a complex install and the exhaust must be rerouted. They do include the parts to reroute the exhaust though. The transfer pump that runs as the main tank is used is interesting in that it does not seem to need external power. I wonder how reliable it is. I also wonder if it creates anymore stress on the on the main tank fuel pump.

The auxiliary tank does not appear to reduce ground clearance like the replacement tank does. I would need to get more information to verify. I will have to see how it works out for others to make the move and buy it.

In forscan, the tank size is definitely adjustable on Ranger Raptors as well. Plenty on threads on this topic, in Australia, with the Australian versions that have been out before Broncos were even released. "2019"...pretty sure the function still works. The accurate tank size is critical DTE functioning properly.
Im using F 150 sender in my bronco with OEM dual fuel pumps.

FUEL LEVEL SOURCE BY IPC NOT PCM.

Tried this . Does not work . Fuel level by ipc shows 999 miles till empty and occasionally pops up 9999 miles until empty

Note picture of screenshot. That piece was not included.... They included an additional double zip tie. So not use that. You will not be able to connect this ! Install went great... Did it in my drive way

Also figured out why my tank only took 18 gallons.... The extension piece fell off .. or was never attached to my fuel sender.

Great quality. Went on with no issues. Just the little tips here and there that would make it useful. Need to figure out how to calibrate the tank . Took me 3.5 hours or so from start to finish and trying to be careful and taking breaks.

Fantastic @rayofsi. I think many of us are interested in how much loss of ground clearance if any. Did you happen to note how far down the factory tank skid was before removing and now where those new bottom of tank spots are? I'm thinking to get the large increase in volume they got, there must be some considerable loss of ground clearance.

Sadly not something I noted. I did not notice any loss on clearance. I previously had the rci skid plate and it seems that I actually have more clearance now.

I'll grab some measurements from say the rear trailing arms to ground. And how this fuel tank compares on Monday. Probably won't have time to do this tomorrow. Can use that as reference
