Interesting, it's definitely not just the DTE that's off, it's both the full level and empty level as well. The factory float isn't even close to working properly here. I could certainly live with DTE off, but @fkoffroad @Shawn Ma should have provided some modified or corrected level gauge parts.

Fantastic. I think you will sell a fair number of these.

These tanks ability to function as well or nearly as well, in rocks, as compared to a factory skid plate, is really the only risk for the enthusiast crowd who do wheel in the rocks.

I hope someone can come up with a solve for the fuel readings. That and the potential clearance with Next Venture underbody are my only hesitations

@Shawn Ma is the secondary tank that mounts on the drivers side the same
height as your main tank replacement?

I received my fuel tanks and have them installed did a nice long drive of about 1200KM. The fuel gauge went to zero and seemed like the syphon system doesn't work very quickly. I stopped for fuel, as it said it was zero fuel left in the tank. I stoped and restarted the truck, still stayed at zero. when it did that earlier that day the tank would rest. wasn't sure how much fuel was left in. fuelled up and it took 125L. so I had 50L left is what I figured. I assume the syphon system is working but very slow. thinking I should just put in a transfer pump. I don't trust this syphon system. Gas stations are to far apart to take a chance if it isn't working properly. The install was hard as the instructions where with only the stock tanks not with the larger tank. but the install went pretty good over all. so far i am pretty happy with the results. I am getting the milage that is expected so far. Just have to figure out this syphon system. wasn't a fan of it to start with. I was thinking I should have install the transfer pump right out the gat. then when the tank gets down to about a 1/4 tank just hit the switch. Looking to have a guy hook up the forscan see if i can get the tank to read a bit better as it doesn't read 100%. The guys at FK off-road where great to deal with. they answered all my questions in a timely manner due to the time difference. I was all over them seeing where my order was it took 60day to receive it. Overall experience was just as good if i ordered it locally. I will use them again and order directly next time. Do to the good experience i had this time.

Working well so far. just have to learn what certain percentages mean. for me, when it says 50 gallons until empty.. i have close to 7 gallons left. still seeing if i want to go super low to test this.
Looks so much easier on a lift , i did mine on my driveway.

S&B makes a DTE piggyback device for 23+ Superduty's. Maybe one of you can talk to them and see if they can't help you out on the Bronco bigger tanks.

those seem to be very specific for their own tanks and how it reads the levels for DTE. Very doubtful they will do something like this for someone elses gas tank.

Yes, but it may be as simple as changing their 64 to 30 and sending it your way... doesn't hurt to ask. It just plugs into the gateway module.

This would drive me nuts not having a somewhat accurate fuel gauge reading. Hopefully someone comes up with a solve.
Based on some prior discussion here it seems like the total movement range of the float sensor (or equivalent floatless design) in the new tank is different, one can not fix this with any algorithm. IIRC the factory sensor bottoms out before the tank is empty.

Any update on running both tanks or is anyone just running the auxillary tank? I'm thinking hard about doing the main tank only, both or just the auxillary. I think I can deal with the inaccurate level reading. It's the siphon system and how it's working for everyone that I'm most confused about. Any update would be greatly appreciated!
