Tailgate delete, interior spare tire (in cargo area)?

Hi all, ive been thinking about this for a while and it magically appeared on my page, now i have to do it.
i love how impractical and inconvenient it is

anyone have any idea how to go about doing this?

Doing exactly what is shown? Remove the spare from the tailgate, unbolt the tailgate at the hinge, put the spare in the back leaned up against the back seat, strap spare to the anchors, done.

look at the brake light, looks like a mount, not just leaned up against the seat, plus what should i do with the camera, etc…

I see what you're talking about... Wondering if they just pinched it in there to not rub the seat. The wheel doesn't look straight leading me to believe it's just leaned and strapped.

Looks like there is a bullhead in there, doubt it is just resting on the rear seats.

You might as well just remove the top entirely to help keep you from asphyxiating. Dangerfoot is absolutely right, and the mount with a lock is critical unless you want someone to walk off with your spare.
