Are you able to purchase the recall bilstein retention clip ‘fix’?

I have a 23 black diamond and picked up a set of SAS bilsteins with 5k miles for $170.
Just wanting to add a little height and plan to probably add the zone 1” level with it when I install them.
but wanting to know if there’s anywhere I can get the retention clip they’re doing for the recall ‘fix’ and what sealant they’re using.
there’s no rust or signs or wear on mine currently
