Physical install is done. I did replace the display lens with the new one I bought. 2 screws, super easy and no scratches.
Removing the hero switches in the middle of the dash was probably the most difficult thing. It did not want to come out. I also purchased a cheapish right angle battery powered ratchet which made things dramatically easier. I only have 2 blue clips left over.
I am not 100% sure that I used forscan correctly. I am not sure how to program just one module, so I am going to go read some forscan documentation.
The display is working without errors, but it is currently showing kilometers per hour, with miles per hour above the number. I am going to go poke around with forscan and see if I can figure it out.
