Should/can i make my own beadlocks?

Hi all, as title says should i make my own beadlocks?
my family owns a company where i have basically infinite access to cnc machines and materials etc..
should/can i buy the 1 pack of these rings and make copies? i want to fully customize them and personalize them.
is that even possible or should i just suck it up and buy them plain.

also if anyone has a cad or similar of these rings, that would help alot! it would be easier than trying to copy from an actual piece.

* yes i know buying them easier, but id just rather not even if its ends up being more costly to make^

1. i dont care for DOT, not in the states.
2. i know beadlocks arnt practical for daily use, still, i want them

Diameter from center for holes
Hole pattern
Back cut
Front customization
Load machine
Push start

Lmao. You think that’s unknown? The pictures in post 3 didn’t show the whole ring. lol

Point, you want someone to get you another company’s product specifications….

If you’ve part of a family business and (act like) you have no knowledge about how to develop code to CNC one of the simplest sets of steps or just to lazy…

The steps you need are so simple they are built into a CNC by default. Guess that’s why they just give access and you don’t work for them

Canucks and china are one…. Maybe china will get you the cad files

Just buy real ones... it is not that expensive... Now if you just want to experiment just remember what a full blow out looks like at highway speeds in a high center of gravity vehicle.
