honestly I initially over engineered it with the square cuts, after reversing the carriage bolts it's not required and a simple hole works fine and the jack it self allows the carriage bolts to hold tight.I like your set up, more subtle, mine looks kinda poser especially with a new jack, but I'll keep it because yours looks too hard to construct, but you already got it!
I used Amazon rollbar mounts, attached to the light mount on the bull bar with 5/16" bolts and nuts

At the end of the day it was just mounting the brake light pieces in reverse and drilling new holes to align the jack, that's it
