Help with part number - dealer can’t even figure it out

My drivers roof panel was just replaced. They didn’t include the 3-“ felt pads that go around the levers underneath that hold the roof on. 1.5 weeks later and they can’t figure it out what to order. I figure I’ll just buy it myself and do it.

Mine all have the thin pad under the levers.
However, we've all seen some factory installed sound deadening headliners that lacked the thin pad around the levers.

I can see 2 spots where I believe they drilled holes in the wrong spots. Ha. I assume they had a shop boput it together
