New Bumpers from TURN Offroad

Damn, I see exactly what you mean. The only solution would be for you to install an entirely new swing arm with the proper hole dimensions machined. The camera shield piece shows you where it ought to line up and be level. Just lovely that the Turn Offroad tag isn't working on this sight anymore coincidentally makes me wonder how anybody is running their suspension hardware, given this QC.

I'm still hot. It's been 3 hours since "finishing" the install. Im glad they didn't pick my call up at 5:30 their time. I will cool off before talking to them less than 12 hours from now. Hopefully they make it right. I have talked up turn offroad products so much without owning a single piece.

An expensive lesson to learn. I’ve since taken the bumper off and will see if I can sell it for scrap. A word of warning……. Not only is the bumper not worth your money, but their customer service is worth less than that.

Send them an email, they were kind enough to send me their tailgate reinforcement and separate bumper free of charge. That was after sending me the original tire swing bumper and a replacement updated version. I just let them know that it still did not work for me and that I would prefer a separate bumper and tailgate reinforcement.

I have emailed and spoken with them a number of times. No solution was provided.

Hopefully you get in touch with the right people. While this product sucks, I have nothing g but good things to say about their customer service

It's perspective for sure. I snapped the picture damn near in full rage at that point.

The top piece fits snugly on the "base" piece. There no way to adjust the height and get the slots to align. Purely cut wrong then bent to shape.

You can see the two side bolts are in place. Misalign it enough for the top to bolt in, and one side or the other will be out more than half an inch.

I have a turn hard top. One of the three holes on passenger side that mounts to rear cargo area was misaligned by >0.25”. I had to widen the hole and use a big washer.

Spending $6000 on a single item.. it better be reaaallly close to perfection. Wisening holes on a brand new piece is unacceptable
