I replied to someone else with a similar question a few pages back. I purchased a 25 Badlands SAS in Desert Sand yesterday, have a deposit to lock it in. The stop sale means I cannot take delivery however the manager did state that I can consummate the sale (loan and full downpayment). Would that motivate the dealer/ford to fix it asap, or are they going to prioritize in stock vehicles? New to this forum so I am not sure if this has been asked and answered.

Same conundrum I find myself in. Waiting to hear back from the dealership if they will hold the rebates and trade in until it can be fixed. I told them this has to benefit me if they want the deal to remain intact. I already have my down payment to them and the check has cleared.
The rebates are good through Sept 30th...if it was 11854 Rebate Code.

My dealer told me all rebates are locked in until at least end of sept
Yep, sounds same as last year's rebate/finance deal. I made a $1,000 down payment to secure my '25 HE Bronco last year, though, technically, the deal was not "consumated" until 1 October (when I *actually* sent the funds electronically) although I verbally committed in writing to buying the vehicle on 30 September. And I did not actually take delivery until 3 October.

I took a look at mine last night and they appear to be in pretty good shape. Seems like mine already had retention clips to keep the harness from moving around. Found a few exposed areas that I covered with the cloth tape and I also put some soft edging on the pinch pieces that were contacting/near the harness.

Last picture below is the before. Top two are the after.

It only affected regular broncos with a build date up to 12/2025 and bronco raptors up to 6/2026. Meaning all built since then are unaffected.

Build dates are regularly pushed back for a large number of other reasons, but I doubt it’s because of this specific recall.
My dealer told me it's a phased recall, they're doing 26's first then older vehicles.

That may be true.
But what I was referring to in comment you quoted was current assembly line production.

Reiterating to check the wiring going to passenger mirror near hood hinge. 2023 Base 2.7L. You won’t see this with the hood in the static up position. I noticed potential movement, rubbing, and pinching when closing the hood. This is my temporary fix while I wait in line. Lady at the deli counter says I’m number 425,618.

I agree and covered those two locations with plastic loom at the same time as the other locations.
I covered all the cloth covered wires I could find.

My notice is also gone.

I'll still tape the bundles and cover the fender edges.

I believe my proposed dealer workaround might have scared them into releasing the recall.😏🫡😝

Ford Pass generally only shows recalls with a remedy available - since we don't have '26 Raptors, that's no longer us.

It was only an imagined recall ... does not exist, until a letter declaring it is transmitted. I'll act appropriately surprised, whenever it arrives.

However, NHTSA believes it still exists.
