Getting things together to install Dash Cam. I want to hard wire it. Does anyone know what fuse powers the 12volt outlets? I dont see it listed on either fuse box diagram for 2026 Bronco.

For what I actually did to Bronco, installed the CTEK ringlet leads to the battery for easy connection if I need to charge battery etc. Have had 2 CTEKS MXS 5.0 for many years and never used the "ringlets". CTEK has a charge/recondition function for lead battery, AGM, and motorcycle. They have really been handy, they do not have Jump capability like some NOCO. Wasnt familiar with NOCO when I bought them.

I got a Dongar dongle and used the power going to my rear view mirror -- much cleaner since you don't have to run wire around the windshield and down to the power outlets. Only works when power is on but I was OK with that.
The more interesting challenge was the rear camera, since I have three tops -- hard top, soft top, and bimini mesh that I run all summer. I thought about mounting an adhesive-backed metal plate to each top but instead I ran it thru the tailgate and stuck it on top of the center tail light. (I saw a video online of someone who put it on the back roll-bar, but it showed too much of the rear of the car and not enough of the street).

THANKS dvnorton!! I have watched a few install vid's of people using that dongle. I had planned to use the VIOFO cam with their HK6 install kit. From my understanding this would allow video while car is parked and would sense and turn off if Bronco Battery was getting too low. This is all new to me. I did run fusetap from inside fusebox along with RGB wiring to SSV speakers pods with Kicker Marine LED speakers. Removed a lot of interior panels, took me quite a long time to reassemble especially considering it was the first time. Figured i could do all that again for Rear Camera and wondered how much harder could it be to run the cables around windshield. Will look more into the Dongal option.

Installed some Mabett door pockets. Only problem is when I just went out to adjust them, two of the anchors fell through.

I need to find the part number so I can get more.

I use the 1l bottles. Their measurements are 3.5" in diameter.

Moved my chase lights up on the 3rd brake light using a bracket by Bennett Built. The way I originally had them with home made brackets added to original brackets caused a rattle on the original bracket. Removed the brackets I made and no more rattle. The original brackets are now only for GMRS antenna and a flag whip on the other side.

I took delivery of my Bronco about a week ago. Added a couple interior pieces/parts including a cell phone mount, rear cargo mat and a roof panel bag. My EZ lift just showed up today so will be putting that together this weekend. Excited to join the fun!

Added a cable lock to help slow down any one that wants to take the removable winch. They will have to cut it to get it LOL. The way i route it, it keeps the pins from being removed. Will only use the lock if i have to walk away from the Bronco while it is on.

Sucks that you have to do that in today's day and age.

Awesome! The family and I are headed there in just a few weeks. This will be my first trip to the OBX. We rented a house up in the 4x4 area just south of the NC/VA border. Looking forward to a peaceful getaway.

Yesterday I received my ASS eliminator from Buckle Up Buttercup and it took less than 15 minutes to install. So far it is working great and wish I had ordered it earlier.
