I would not click on the link because of possible fishing scam. Ford has not released a fix, so there can't be a remidy this fast. Be cautious.lol… got my email to schedule service early yesterday….

Yeah I mean I certainly don't know everything, but it's kind of hard to refute information directly from the manufacture themselves in cases like thisThis says a lot about today's media environment. One of these is real news one is fake news. One is from Ford Motor Company, one is from a dealer, . One is from @Ducati1098 who, according to my research has been 99.98% accurate with his postings, and one is from someone with the username 'Banned". As they say "Do your research"

That is frustrating. Although I have heard that this only affects 1% of vehicles.Got the recall for my newly purchased Raptor. Wiring harness, can’t even take delivery, on day 3, because the parts just now arrived. My Braptor is the Guinea pig as it is the first to receive the fix. Absolutely livid! At least the actual tech gave me some insight on the process. Hopefully I can get my rig today. I won’t hold my breath.
The wiring harness recall affects ALL Bronco’s sold. +590,000 vehicles. That is frustrating. Although I have heard that this only affects 1% of vehicles.
....sorry about the 0.02 %....Yeah I mean I certainly don't know everything, but it's kind of hard to refute information directly from the manufacture themselves in cases like this![]()
lol I'm sure it's more than that.....sorry about the 0.02 %....
Reply if you’re smarter than him.lol , yes it’s from my service department… I would push your chitt elsewhere. My relationship with them is over four decades.
The remedy is to cover, add support and tape. The only question is what wire bundles… and the Braptor shows the areas. My Badlands just has fewer wire looms than a BR.
two many people here pushing stupidity like YOU
I understand that. What I meant was Ford estimates that only about 1% of all the Broncos recalled have the physical defect. The wiring harness recall affects ALL Bronco’s sold. +590,000 vehicles.
Probably less than that. There have been only 15 reported incidents. But I think we can all agree it’s a bad problem to have, if you have it.I understand that. What I meant was Ford estimates that only about 1% of all the Broncos recalled have the physical defect.
That certainly sounds plausible for 26S630 .... but not for 26S655. Can you cite a reference source, please?I understand that. What I meant was Ford estimates that only about 1% of all the Broncos recalled have the physical defect.
here ya goThat certainly sounds plausible for 26S630 .... but not for 26S655. Can you cite a reference source, please?
The oil leaks are a feature, not a bugRodents deliberately won’t touch jeeps, kind of a mercy thing… Jeeps are going to fall apart regardless due to design and manufacturing flaws.
Thanks. I still feel that estimate is premature, given that the surface (actual evaluation) has only just begun to be scratched.
