Road Little River Canyon WMA today.

Went in on trail 5, turned R on 4, crossed the river. The water was low so we ate lunch on a rock mid river. Continued on trail 4, L on 2 to CR, L then back into the WMA on trail 3. 3 had some ruts/washouts but not terribly bad. Crossed the river again the R on 5 to nearly out of the WMA. Then u-turn and all the way back down 5 back out of the WMA.

What a beautiful day.

Might have to try this sometime. Fellow Rocket City resident here.

Do either of yall wanna ride with my wife and I sometime? We're in Huntsville and actually went to LRC today, water was a little high, but not bad.

We were planning on doing Prentice back in July, but with all the rain we had, everyone said it wasn't suggested. We might go before the hunting seasons open back up or we might wait until next Spring.

Sounds like yall are retired, because we have to go back to work on Monday, LOL!

There are a few out of state places we'd like to go, but can't as we have 3 large dogs, can't take them with us and sure as hell aren't leaving them at a "daycare".

I can PM you and we can talk more about riding sometime, if you want too?

I picked up and installed an OEM roof rack from a former member. I am working on a custom mount for a set of traction boards.

I also mocked up some rain channels today. I haven't committed to installing them yet. At the moment they are being held in place by the roof panels.

I found the card for my door keypad.
Keypad doesn't work.
The red light flashes.
It'll lock by pressing yhe two correct keys (8&9?).
It does nothing else.
I Will read the manual instead of watching youtube.

Unless you found that card in the glove box it means nothing. There is a process to recover the code but it involves a trip to the dealer. OR just buy a new one.

It was covering the fuse box under the steering wheel.
It has a set of holder tabs that held it in place.
We'll go to the dealer next time we're in town.

They seem to be resonant chambers...almost by design.

Got the jackery dc-dc charger installed to charge my explorer 1000 v2 faster and safer than the lighter plug…

It wasn't today, but the last several days. Installed Fox Performance 2.5 shocks with Eibach +500 lbs, 1.8" lift rear springs and +250 pound, 2.3" lift front springs, Accutune UCAs, and a Severe Duty Steering rack. It has been a tumultuous trip! Almost there, but the front coilovers need to come back out for preload adjustments. Then it's off for an alignment and a PPE aluminum transmission pan and new filter. Getting the rack out was a beeoch. Shockingly, the new one went right in once I knew the secret handshake. The biggest PITA of that rack maneuver was probably that stinking steering column linkage connection. Once I finish up, I'll post something about these Fox Performance 2.5 shocks combined with the Eibach HOSS HD lift springs.
