Woodward Dream Cruise is this weekend and Ford is showing off The Filson with the optional black flares instead of the body color that we've seen so far. Photo credit to @mrmnoon

My take is that they are optional. The flares in the picture aren't the standard flares on other Bronco trims, but rather a smooth black flare.

My take is that they are optional. The flares in the picture aren't the standard flares on other Bronco trims, but rather a smooth black flare.

Painted or smooth black flares are the 2 options.

The option will be to have the Satin Black or Body Colored.

Asked that specific question at the Cincy debut yesterday. This Field Green version is very close to the production, it was just finished in July and sent on the road. Even had the Raptor in it.

Thank you for that! Most of the lighting in the pics, including press pics, does make them appear color matched.

Great pictures. Now for those attending at future stops, someone should take a picture of the backseat armrest pulled down.

That is a great looking truck. I do think it would even look better with the Heritage-shaped fenders.

I asked that question, apparently these new fenders (shape) cut down wind noise, just like the 3 small wings on the mirror. This adds to the overall numbers, which they are going for.
