Damn that Lightning Blue is beautiful on Bronco! Best color available for it by far.

Bright colors do this vehicle a treat. Hopefully Ford can pull it's fingers out of it's mouth after the fancy art gallery openings (with the scrumptious wine and cheese, after all!) long enough to keep putting bright and fun colors on the Bronco.

Are you just being funny? Because my first thought when I saw these pictures was "That's NOT Velocity Blue." I've seen VB on a lot of different Fords, and it certainly never looked like this.

Velocity blue shows darker in person. My dealer has a GT350, a Ranger, an F150, all in Velocity blue and all look darker than the photos have been showing.

Thanks Ashley. Now I'm torn between Rapid Red and VB. These are the first good pictures of VB on a 2DR and they are gorgeous.
My first waver from my original order.

It does have a flat sheen almost like they skipped the "candy"....maybe it's the photos and the camera settings?!

I agree. The pics look darker than what I saw in person.

I'm still not quite sure why a First Edition buyer would pick VB over Lightning.

Oh, the pics posted are definately not Lightning Blue. There is no purple anywhere on that rig, nor does it have an amazing color gradient from full sun to shade like Lightning Blue will have.

I'm just saying that Lightning Blue is the #1 color choice. Velocity Blue comes in an "also ran" #3 and in terms of the actual colors Bronco comes in (out of the 4) only Race Red looks better in terms of production spec.

Here's my Lightning Blue Ranger in what constitutes "full sun" for a Northwest late September day. Tons more gradient change than Velocity Blue is capable of.
