@Pony4x4 - weāve had a few requests for this and I came up with some and put them on mine to test. Weāre going to release them soon (maybe this weekend) if I can get some time on the laptop. A few pics of them on our ādirtyā Badlands. These are front facing rear and use existing holes (no...
We use spacers because the factory steps encroach into the wheel well. So if they donāt fit, you might need 1/2 to 3/4 inch spacers for fit.

We designed ours to be as low profile in the fender wells as possible. Typically if you rub on ours then youāll be rubbing the fender-liner. Broflaps.com / USA made. We only do flaps for Broncos.
Thanks for the plug @Fordsoldier! You modded yours it looks like (love it). @Desert Sand, weāre a sponsor on 6G. Our Premium Flaps are sourced from Washington State and Iāve tried to destroy mine on the Rocky Gap trail near Red Rock. They survived and my wheel rims took all the abuse:)...
Well, thatās super interesting. We make our mudflap Z-Bars a certain way to accommodate two bolts (one or the other) because weāve had customers encounter that. I thought it must be a nut that comes loose welded to steel but this proves wrong my hypothesis.
My $.02 and Iām biased because I own Bro-Flaps but Iāve done some fairly intense trails and didnāt have an issue, including Rocky Gap Nevada recently which is a 7 out of 10. While nothing is indestructible, some of the worst gravel and rock action happens when Iām out on the trails, so Iād...
Thanks for the shout-out @Bronco Toad! We recently launched a direct website broflaps.com and have the new Premium flaps there along with Etsy with lots of pics. Weāre in Vegas so no snow here but the Bro-Flaps on ours survived the Rocky Gap trail better than my wheel rims:).
@4dtrkman, yes we do, full kits with flaps, all hardware, videos and instructions. This bracket is used on the plastic rear bumper models (Base, Wildtrak, OBX and Big Bend). Weāre a sponsor on 6G and more details on our site at broflaps.com. Thanks! Don
@ShaneQ, We started with Etsy and eBay and it was early on when Gatorback was pretty much the only option. Since then, we launched our own site (broflaps.com). I originally made my own flaps (like you) from stuff I bought online and then built some jigs for scale and consistency and started...
Well done. I did the exact same thing back in 2021 when I bought an FE (which wasnāt my final build). It turned into a business. You can tell everyone your flaps are made in America!
Thanks @adampdx! @briarcutter, weāve done several kits for the H.E. Recommend our new Premium line. Lots of reviews and pics on Etsy https://broflaps.etsy.com/ and we have a website now with even more pics at broflaps.com BTW, I recently took my Badlands up the full Rocky Gap trail near Red...
