I believe another possible source of rattle is lack of pressure between the door and lower window seal. The gap on my truck is wider on the left than on right. I believe this could allow a enough up-down window motion to produce the rattle on the end of the strut mount. Buy adjusting the left...

For me, performing EVERY STEP in less than 30 seconds was the reason I had to repeat the programing several times. With the number of steps required, those 30 seconds pass quickly. Set you phone timer up so you can see it and watch the 30 second window. If you don't finish in less than 30...

In my opinion, the OEM soft top weighs nearly as much as the TOR top ( not including the Targa). Getting it off was more trouble than installing the new TOR top. The metal brackets that bolt the soft top to the body represent the biggest hazard for body paint damage.

Got a photo of the top with TOR emblem missing? Wondering what it looks like underneath with no further action.

Sounds like a relatively new Bronco. I would take it back to your dealer, show him the issue, how it doesn't seal properly and they will probably replace it under warranty.

Curious, I watched the Turn install video but it did not show the uncrating. Do you have the link that shows the uncrating? Been considering the best way to do that. 🤔

1 more Bronco owner with a spare key. Had the key cut with the China connection for $10, works fine. Programming the key was a little trickier as you have to do it all in less than 30 seconds. Once I put a timer up that I could watch, realized I needed to speed things up. Programming success!
