I never asked to replace a perfectly good light. I had one light fail after a year, then the one I was sent under warranty failed a year later. I am trying to get a replacement for this failed tail light.
I am one of the many on here who has experienced multiple failures with the V1 version. Driver's side vertical brake light failed after 1 year and again a year later. Brake lights being a major safety feature, this is really unacceptable. We shouldn't have to worry about our tail light failing...
This is the FSR Aspen Lite tent. I have it mounted on a Trailrax roof rack which I modified to be lower profile to the roof. The combo fits the size of the 2 door roof quite well.
It routes through the rooftop tent then down under the front of the roof panel between the weather seal. This post is what I followed for running the wiring from the roof to the engine bay.

Here are some more photos before I drilled through for the solar power cable.
The crossbars are semi custom. I bought the crossbars from FSR but only used the side brackets. For the actual crossbar I used 1/2" X 1-1/2" aluminum bars (also powder coated) to get a lower profile setup.
Yes it is the Aspen Lite. I mounted the solar panel to 90 degree aluminum that I cut to size and had powder coated. Then I used some of the existing screws on the top and drilled a couple more holes to screw it down.
For the wiring I drilled a larger hole on top to pass the solar power through...
I like the streamlined look but yeah that price is steep compared to normal solar panels. I went a different route by mounting a 100w panel on my rooftop tent.
Ford support had to send an updated file to load to the Procal. It sounds like this is common for performance tune procal units. Once the update was added the calibration worked without issue.
Thank you! That platform took a lot of work to build. It's multiple pieces that fit together so I can remove the front part to put the seats back in. I do plan to get the platform powder coated, I just haven't gotten around to it.
I just posted about my Genesis DIY setup that uses an Odyssey battery + Dakota Lithium 135AH.

Just completed my custom dual battery setup using the @genesisoffroad Genesis off-road DIY kit. Funny enough they have just started selling something similar branded as their Omega system, but it is only available for Jeep right now. If you want simplicity, the full Genesis dual battery kit is...
They were able to get me to sorted out.
For anyone with the same problem as me (i.e missing asbuilt on procal), their explanation was basically that the Ford Performance Tune was created before the Rack Upgrade and doesn't save the As Built Data. The Ford Performance engineer was able to take...
