Didn't see it posted anywhere and @JcrOffroad hasn't posted for two years, so here it is.
Just got an email from JCR, if you ordered something recently, there might be a delay in fulfillment. Sounds like their internal emergency response planning, safety, and preparedness was pretty dialed in...
Recently replaced this High Package Badlands 2DR HVAC module PN N2DT-18C612-CE with the heated wheel HVAC module. Excellent condition, wiped down with 303 and stored in bubble wrap in heated garage.
Should be a direct upgrade for your COVID non-chipped temp readouts, but may require FORSCAN to...
Removed this for the heated wheel install. Immediately taped to prevent runaway spin. No heat circuit, but all others from High package with Lane Assist/Cruise/Audio/Voice Command. Part Number LV4T-14A664-BA
Installed the new clockspring for the heated wheel and none of the switches function yet.
The Forscan easy mode for SCCM steering wheel right and left switches has a LOT of options, which are all part numbers. Anyone made edits to the SCCM module yet besides Papa Smurf?
The internal lens standoffs let go, and the screws were both loose, letting the whole lens vibrate.
Superglued the floater, and glued the other cracked one.
Holding the floater in place. prior to gluing.
Cracks in the non-floating standoff.
Have you seen any returns with this particular...
Recently installed the cargo light and have had it turn itself on twice now. Once in -20F weather, and again yesterday at 10F.
This is a problem, as when closed, it's aimed directly at the driver and rear view mirror. Is there another switch besides touch that would fit in the unit?
Anyone else getting this? I had the warning pop up this week, dumped in a tad less than half a gallon of Rain-X I had laying around, and it's still coming on.
Bought a set of the LOD brackets, turns out the Brave Offroad bumper design comes with frame reinforcement brackets, so I didn't end up using them.
Prefer to sell local, since no one ships these to AK, and LOD was absolutely no help when I called and emailed, but either way, want them out of...
I engaged the rear locker for the first time on some snow/ice near the house to see how they operate. The locker stayed engaged after powering off the switch, even with backing up a short distance of ~10ft. Are these lockers "sticky" ie, need a good distance in reverse to disengage?
Found this in a Quadratec video on their most divisively interesting project ever, the Y-JL, installing the square headlights and angular flares of the YJ, which is fine, installing a 4.7L stroker inline six, which is awesome, and then installing a YJ interior, which is monumentally stupid...
Those of you with the MY22 "Capable" bumper have there been any manufacturers posting about LED kit development? All my searches show up the triple light kits for the modular bumper.
Looking for something in the vein of @Baja Designs fog pocket kit, like this version on a Ranger.
So I know a number of potential and/or future Bronco owners are caught between the broad lines of Ford's value engineering. Some want heated seats, but not the rest of the Mid package, or a heated steering wheel, but not Lux. I hope this thread can be a centralized area for discussing how to add...
Today and the next week or so would be a good time to pick up some things such as lighting, winch and recovery gear, or overland supplies for your Bronco!
For me, it was a pair of Baja Designs S2 Pros, likely going to be flush mount backup lights or ditch lights for mine. Still saving for a...
So, to summarize and collate a bit:
First, of the models, pick Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands, WildTrak, Or First Edition. Then look for features you absolutely want. They may or may not be available in your given model (especially if you wanted a 2.7/7spd  )
If you want 35s...
