I actually really like the Defender 110. (and you can delete that metal panel in the window on the 110 btw). I prefer its looks over the new bronco for the most part. The main issue for me would be the cost of it. However, if getting a bronco setup the way I want comes close to the cost of...
Yeah I really hate them. I've managed to get rid of all the internal rattles in my current rig but nothing I can do about all the lifted suspension noises. :))
More nose, more heat/cold coming through, potential rattles, potential leaks and less load capacity for a tent etc. They may be fine at first but over time seals will degrade in various ways.
From my experience the Jeep handles rather poorly and is very uncomfortable around town. However, it is a different setup than the bronco. The different suspension/steering etc will make a difference. I doubt any vehicle on 35's is going to be great for regular driving but hopefully its at...
If you arent set on manual, the reason autos dont have the 'crawler' gear is because they do not need it. There is no clutch you have to slip like in a manual to keep speed down. The auto in 4lo and 1st gear will move plenty slow and the brake can do the rest. It wont be any less capable than...
I dont know if there is a factory option for it but many years ago I had an alarm with an interior motion sensor (it was for a convertible) that would go off if someone reached inside.
My xterra weighs over 4900lbs now w/ its mods and even here in Denver (with the ~15% loss of power due to altitude) it has more than enough power. The only issue I ever have with it is on i-70 hills (which are higher altitude than denver). The bronco should do well up here due to turbos since...
I should mention that some tire shops dont like to do it. They have strict rules about only putting stock tire sizes on vehicles. I ran into that once and just left and went to a different shop. I've had xterra's for about the last 10 years and never had any issue with that oversized tire...
The turbo lag really depends on the engine/car specifics. If the 2.3L is a single turbo model it might have a slight lag. The ford 'twin scroll' turbos have such low lag that it isnt really noticeable. Newer turbo engines have also got better at that vs older ones.

It claims to be part of the 'spec' for Sync4 which Broncos have. I havent seen specifics for Bronco but it should be on all Sync4 cars.
I feel like its unlikely in a Bronco. I'm 6'1" and only just fit in an xterra and it is bigger than the bronco. Maybe with a slight angle you could do it.
Good to see some more info but that guy really shouldnt be doing video reviews without knowing what he is talking about. Nearly everything he said was wrong and had to be corrected.
I think the bronco will be good for me since the 'issues' such as manual transmission arent an issue for me (knee issues, cant deal with a clutch anyway). My alternative is a new Defender 110. That, at the moment, only really depends on how the pricing of what I want on the Bronco works out...
