Here’s another option, you can get a spare tire platform and strap down duffle bags or some waterproof boxes to it. They’re pretty easy to pull off if you ever get a flat and can still be remounted to the flat tire

I made it work, but you can’t use all three lights. The support bracket blocks the use of the bracket so I used a dremel and cut a third of the bracket off so it would only mount the two S2 lights, then painted some matte black spray paint onto the exposed metal (spray it into a disposable cup...
it’s also REALLY heavy lol. I agree though, my family thinks I’ve ruined the Bronco with no trunk space but it makes my ocd happy. I built dividers into them for everything
Got mine all setup with American adventure lab drawers and fridge slider, trailrax roof rack and a free spirit tent, secondary battery bank under the drawers powers the fridge and tent. I also have a 4ft wide roam awning that covers the tailgate area nicely
I’m using a rugged radio mount that I modified to accept the midland stubby antenna, it just needed a step drill bit to widen the hole a little bit. Radio is mounted to a builtright molle panel and this guy on the Colorado bronco group gave me a wonderful idea to epoxy some magnets behind my...
I ran into this problem as well and had to fully tighten down the bolts on the side of the bumper so it would push the bar into place so the top ones could be inserted. Couldn’t install every bolt loosely, had to keep them out until the front facing ones were tight.
the first time you install...
Go watch this video, it’s how I ran my wires. Up through the a Pilar and then around the weather stripping so there’s no drilling. You can use the bolt that the roof rack mounts to as a ground. He shows how to get to the roof around the 14 minute mark
I was able to run 3 wires on one side and 2...
1: there is a nice big empty pocket in the fender by the fuse box for tucking wire bundles out of sight
2: better to have extra length if you ever need to redo things
3: quick disconnects are a wonderful thing. I have one for my bumper lights and I wired it up to sit right next to the oem...
Mine after brushing all the snow off it. We got over 10 inches here in the mountains of Colorado. By the way, the expandable snow brush Costco sells is the best thing in the world
Sorry for late reply, flu is killing me. If you fold down the back seat and look at the back of the fridge slider, you’ll notice those two L shaped brackets, 4 in total. That’s where the sliders but up against when closed. (Circled in red)
If you look closely you’ll notice I put the adhesive...
First, I’d recommend using a good brand of lights. My dad installed some crap Chinese ones and we had to rip them out of his truck after 2 years.
I went with Baja designs and I’m pretty happy with them. Mounting to that fabric wheel liner is kinda a pain. I made two small holes through it for...
I’m very happy but they rattled like crazy when I first got it, but putting some rubber weather strip adhesive on the back of the sliders fixed the problem instantly. Having a table is wonderful on roadtrips
Hi, I just got the dimensions of mine:
It’s 28 inches deep (27 3/4 between the tie down rails)
19 7/8 wide
Just a hair under 4 1/4 tall
One thing to keep in mind is the latch for the tailgate sticks out, here’s a photo of mine partially slid out:
now my latch overlaps the drawer by 1 and 1/8th...
