It was a job 1 option starting in October when the order banks opened. And then decided it wasn't a good idea for whatever reason last week after job 2 order guide came out.

Update, they removed Oxford White for the Heritage Edition. If you order it, it tells you that it is on commodity constraint. I heard that it is not available to order as of 4 days ago.

According to the Job 2 order guide, Oxford White is available for Heritage Edition for Job 1 and 2.
