Since '21, I have had 3 Windshields in 2 Years then installed the Hood Deflector and,...well, not going to type to avoid any sort of jinx it but....

Thx. I agree and this should not have been an issue as it’s a known point of failure.
Sadly and ironically the high mileage highway cruises accellerated that very failure, not off road sand snow slogging.
One of my buddy’s daughters sent me Sarah N’ Tuned’s build video and said I need a catch...
Thanks for your supportive note.
See Update in a thread I just posted.
Long Story Short,
We came to an amicable agreement for a replacement.
I have a new engine in a wholly owned depreciated car with a 3/36 Warranty
I can drive it for a while and put in a barn somewhere to e found in 20 years...

As suspected, these are turning up across the country.

NOTE: if you are potentially a high mileage user, know that the 2.3 is susceptible to a known Hole in the engine issue. The 2.7 initially had Valve issues but my 2.7 owner pals are pretty confident those have been resolved.
We are...
Thanks
Actually I did spec that all service was OEM Ford dealer, Oil was no more than 3.5K milers and tranny/transfer was done early at 70k Miles
Our use was a combo of 60% Highway to work sites and Snow,Mud, SLuch, Ice and Sand at work sites.
