So far I’ve been very happy with the JCR winch mount And the Maximus braces. I just fabbed up a “Baja” bar if you want to call it that, I wasn’t super happy with the look of the JCR and way overpriced. I’m going to add a tab on the bottom, tying it to the rearward two bolts on the JCR mount...
True, but if someone’s stuck in a car and there’s a fire, it might give enough time to get them out. A lot of the things that I end up doing or carrying is to have the possibility of helping someone else.
Well, I installed one in the bronco and my F350 because we own a construction company and these are my vehicles I checked jobs with and our safety manual says we need them in our vehicles.
Of course, in my normal fashion, I fabbed up my own bracket. I also used a drill and some thousand grit sandpaper to polish up the sides of the Alan bolts, securing it to the roll bar and then use the drill and my wife’s red fingernail polish to put a racing stripe on the bolts.😂
No cycles yet, I had to find a bottle of something with a bottle cap on it to test it and it wasn’t even beer. Actually, I don’t really drink any beer with bottle caps, I’m more of a can guy. I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity for adding something cool to something that I made that...

That’s a load of crap.
The only thing that holds the mod bumper on is four bolts and nuts connected to a thin plate to the end of the frame horn plates.
I drilled two 7/16 holes for the plastic bag holder and then one hole for the bottle opener and just use an angle grinder to connect the dots. I have quite a few little files and I ended up having to take the blade off of a hacksaw to finish the cuts on the plastic bag holder.
Here is a sketch...
45 minutes and a extra piece of aluminum channel and boom💥 I do have to say that these things are extremely overpriced for as easy as they are to make.
I have a couple questions about the kingpin light. Did you run the 28 inch light? Did you tie into 12 V near the dismal rear cargo light? And lastly, did you add a secondary switch or dimmer?
I guess ultimately are you happy with the light?
Of course, my bronco was one of the ones that came with a fake subwoofer and fake amplifier. So I installed a kicker 500.1 and an 8 inch competition kicker sub.
Well, I’m not sure if anybody else else’s experience this but you know how the bronco and the new super duties have a lot of...
