SOLUTION: blow all dirt out with air, spray in WD-40, and reinsert until you hear the click. Amazing advice on this forum, thank you to all who answered. much love, bill

There was a plug disconnected before I started with the job. I plugged it back in. The fault occurred upon reconnecting the battery. So, I unplugged it again to see if it was related to the fault, but no change. So, fault occurs whether it is plugged in or not. Make sense? I’m confused.

I disconnected my ground terminal to my battery while installing a CURT tow hitch w/wiring. After completion, I now get a “Parking Aid” fault warning all the time. Any ideas what happened and how to resolve it? much love, Bill
