I went with the Old Man EMU (OME) from ARB. They have the extra caster I wanted, are stronger, and use OE style bushings and ball joints. no noises, no maintenance. they just work, got real tired over the years maintaining and constantly replacing uniballs and heims. Racecar parts = race car...
Not mounted to a molle panel but I built a small bracket to hold my 600WH gooloo battery pack that runs my starlink and fridge. mounts to the roll bar and soft top mounting points
noticeable but not annoying, start up is louder and make a bit more noise when you put your foot down, but cruise is still quite with no drone. to me its like the difference between stock and the Bronco Raptor sound. having the muffler and second resonator on the borla is nice. I'm sure its less...
Be warned these dont fit as they describe on the website. 2-3 of the underseat bags kinda fit. but not very well.
The bags are amazing quality though, they just dont fit as many as they say or in the way they say that they fit.
certainly an option! I have a programable controller now and can strobe as needed, just looking for a less expensive, clean way to do it for other applications.
Bummer, mostly I want Chase and Strobe function via a switch not having to get out of the car and change flash patterns. Will stick with my tried and true serial controlled multi color strobes. they are less expensive too.
Got a wiring digram? how many trigger wires are there to control the various modes? looks like the pig tail is only 3 wire which limits the modes a fair bit.
Excited to hear your thoughts on the HTOs, they look sound like a great preforming shock for the price point. I am curious what Bilsteins you were running? My stable includes a long travel ranger on custom valved kings, a ford raptor on stock fox shocks and my bronco with Bilstein 8112s.

Have enjoyed many local offroad club events - Avants offroad and similar in the northwest. NWOR is always a good time as it just feels like a big camping trip.
I think the Bronco offrodeo was well done also and is a good benchmark of how events can be run.
Thanks to everyone for the research on this swap. I run a big bike rack off my bronco and the extra supports are good peace of mind.
I used a borla climber touring cat back and it fits perfect with the raptor hitch and supports
Printed a breaker bracket for the bussman circuit breaker that runs my ARB twin. Used 1/4” heatset inserts to mount the breaker and the bracket to the bronco.
printed in glass filled ASA
They threatened too but were able to get it approved as recall hours on the basis of the vehicle had functional 360 cameras when it came in for the recall, it should leave with functional cameras. If there was any other reason for work on the cameras I expect I would have been billed for it.
Just got mine completed, I had brought the bronco in shortly after it was purchased with bad window rattle and they said yes it rattles and there's nothing we can do and sent me on my way.
Fast forward to now and I asked them to check again and provided the ssm number from this thread. They...
got mine back today after a successful calibration at the dealer, they had to remove my front bumper and that let the system calibrate correctly. (my winch blocked the view enough to cause problems.)
