Ed, good feedback on this. Yes, the hard tops tend to flex and warp slightly when moved and sometimes need some "help" re-aligning. I would suggest screwing in the thumbscrews that do go in about 50% of the way. Then try shifting/ the hardtop, either the whole hardtop or the area in question...
