I've had this issue from Day 1. Dealers replaced the fabric of the top twice, but not the frame which I feel is the issue. It does seal on that same passenger side and the velcro has never covered the back window completely. On a rare FL cold day, you can feel wind coming in from multiple areas...
I had so many camera issues on my '21 since the beginning. Multiple dealer visits, multiple dealers, Ford got involved (very little help), and finally got the last dealer to swap out the cameras. All my issues have gone away. At least with the cameras, my top is another story.
I am entering week number 8, and still, there is no ETA when I might get my Bronco back. They declined a buyback since it is outside the Lemon law timeframe. They refused to reimburse me for a car payment because they finally agreed to reimburse me for the rental. It's a rental I cannot stand to...
Week 6, still no Bronco or ETA. And they are still charging me for their rental. I still don't understand why they touched the brake booster. I initiated a buy-back request via Ford. See what happens.
So over four weeks and still don't have my Bronco back. Ford's involved but the dealer is talking about 1-2 more weeks. Some reason they changed the brake booster and it's not taking programming. I don't understand why the brake booster was even changed. I am at a loss in this situation.
I'm still waiting for an update. So far got nothing and they've had my Bronco since March 28th. I left a bit of a list of things to fix though, but still I would expect something by now. On the plus side I rented an Explorer ST from them. Kinda fun to drive. Hoping Ford covers the loaner.
