Thanks, I used forscan and have trailer check light. Just curious if his others functions actually work. I have those functions on my expedition and when I use my bike rack which has lighting I switch the trailer selection to none and my blind spots go back to working. I would like that option...
I had a question on dimensions, emailed them, and they sent me a complete drawing with all the info 24 hours later. Unfortunately I don’t have it but email them and give it a try.
Question: I have a 24 WT and when I attach my bike rack which has lighting I loose my blind spot function as it thinks a trailer is installed. Is there a way in forscan to stop this?
Been to afraid to try flat towing per the Ford written instructions on our 24 WT since it locked up on us. I now always pull the two 60 amp fuses. Another thing I learned is to put the fuses back in before putting the vehicle back into drive mode. It flashes a few errors codes when you don’t...
So what type of creaks and rattles while driving did it eliminate? I have an annoying noise coming from the rear window tailgate area while driving. Ford has looked at it once but not corrected on my 24 WT
Go to YouTube and look for Ricardo’s Forscan. He has a video on changing it. It will only change the turn signal bar to amber in DRL. It won’t change the lower fog lights. It’s under BdyCM 726-43-01
new setting is 0101 xxxx xxxx. But double check in video.
Hi RustysBronco. Thanks for all your help in all the forscan listing. I have a question, when save a file, where are they saved on your computer. I couldn’t find any of my saved files in any of the forscan folders they has the names I used. Thanks
Thanks for the update and I’m glad it wasn’t a mechanical issue and your issue was resolved. These Goodyear tires are new and I’m not that familiar with them. I’ve had Goodyear MTR’s in the past and wasn’t too happy with them on our jeep.
That’s interesting. I always felt my vibration is from the tires. It’s the typical vibration that’s worst around 45 mph. I’m at 12K miles now and after 3 rotations and rebalances it’s still does it. And ours is a 2024 Oct built sold in Feb.
I do have a rattle noise on our 24 WT. Haven’t figured out the source yet. It didn’t start until around 6500 miles, had the dealer check it but they were useless. I need to ride in the very back while someone drives it to ID the source. I guess something the dealer is not capable of doing.
My 24 WT also had a vibration. It would occur around 45 mph which generally is tire balance. I went to a tire shop anround 5K and had all 5 rebalanced and rotated . It didn’t change anything. I’m now at 10K and repeated the balance and rotation. This time it seemed to help some. It’s still there...
