thanks! I was looking at those but I wanted to first investigate if I can get some sort of full-time paddle storage up there. Cannot tell you the number of times I’ve gotten to a lake and realized I forgot a paddle
I've done 1200 miles and figured I'd write about my experiences, what I like and don't and finish with next steps.
Well, I've done 1200 miles on the most expensive and newest vehicle I've ever owned. I picked up a 2025 Badlands Sasquatch almost exactly one month ago today. Today I hit 1200...
Last night we were doing a little road-trip. About 4 hours. I got thinking of all those off-road dash device mount solutions. Thought I'd share my road trippin' dash setup. "Entenmann's Dash Center" anyone?
I am constantly surprised when people talk about tech that has been on the road for more than a generation as new and unreliable. Not building hybrids at this point is weird
I wondered about that with the rear bar. I sorta figured that MIC top could take a little kayak-rubbing if it had too. Sometimes I throw a blanket up there on my wife's car. That could work. Not ideal though - thanks for the note!
My Badlands Sasquatch has its build date, and I'm thinking about roof racks. I will have a trailer for my big fishing kayaks, but when I just want a quick paddle, I may want to throw one or two sit-insides up top. They can be ~60 pounds each. I will want to be able to remove the top still, so...
When I texted last week I got "Just checking the order bank, looks like it is still unscheduled for the time being but would anticipate 2026 bronco production to ramp up here in the next few weeks ". But... I would have expect 2026 production to be pretty ramped up by now!
I gotta learn to be...
I placed an order through a dealer on Jan 20 and got an email right away with an order number. Nothing else. Feb 3rd I got another, duplicate email with the same order number. I worried that they had cancelled the order and resubmitted for some reason, but the order number was the same. Still...
My Bronco is still on order <sigh> but I drive with my elbow up there in my Tundra. I don't know if I could tell my wife I spent $125 on an elbow pillow though. Even if it has a pocket. She'd tell me to put my dementia meds in it.
