The correct headlight control arrived today and it sorted out the fogs.
Learn from my mistake and get the right part number. :cwl:
M2DZ-11654-DD for front fog button.
I think I just answered my own question...
That headlight switch part number description shows:
Description:
Exc.Front Fog Lamps. Incl.Spotlight Switch. Bronco. Without fog lamps. With rear fog lamps.
My guess is it's trying to control the LIN to turn on the rear fog that doesn't exist.
I'll...
Hi all.
I've been combing fog light threads looking for an answer, but haven't found one yet.
I installed the DD SS6 fogs (thanks @4x4TruckLEDs.com!) into the modular bumper and using the Crystalux DT to MX150 harness, I connected them to the factory fog wiring. I then installed the...
Cool. We used to climb Drinkwater in my buddy's Wrangler way back in high school. The initial climb is definitely the toughest part. After that, there are some great views.
We'll be staying in Boone on Friday and Saturday night so we can check out Grandfather Mountain during the weekend. Looks like Brown Mountain OHV is about an hour from Boone so I may try to head there for a quick out and back.
In my '24, the hood to rear-quarter panel wiring was already in place. There's basically a $500 kit with a module that needs to plugged in behind the driver's side cargo trim and the receiver install behind/under the bumper. There's also some tow mode activation programming to be done.

The dealer I purchased from quoted me nearly $1400 to install the hitch kit and wiring. I laughed, showed the sales guy the kit on the ford.com/accessories page. I left with my Bronco and then ordered the part and prepaid the install from a dealer an hour away for $500ish total on the website...
We're heading from SOBX to the TN Off-Rodeo event on April 13th. We're leaving Friday and heading back on to the coast on Tuesday. If anyone is headed west that weekend and wants to hit Uwharrie that Sat or Sun, we would be up for it. I haven't been before so I'm not looking for hero lines...
I have the factory harness and connectors in the bumper, but I don't have the headlight switch with the fog button. I'd be interested in getting that. Thanks for the link to the pigtail.
Hi.
I'm interested in a pair of these (pro, fog SAE) for my WildTrak in the modular bumper. Can they be wired up to the factory fog light plugs and operated by the fog button on the factory headlight controls?
Quick update:
I picked up the Plug'n'Play adapter and a Kicker Key 500.1 amp to power the sub.
Now it sounds better. I'm about $500 in and happy at the moment. I'm thinking about Hertz 100s up front to clean the sound up a bit now that the sub can go higher.
