I'm running duratracs on my toyota's (6 different sets on 4 different vehicles, tacoma's, 4runner, tundra) for years here in Colorado. Been great in snow/winters here. Great off road. When my original tires wear out on my bronco, I will put duratracs on it as well.

The one reason I went with the Ford B-Brace was that it sits behind/aft of your head. I couldnt quite tell were the Goat and DV8 sit, if its more above your head. I'm 6-2 so I didnt want anything hitting my noggin... Pic of how ford how it sits to the rear of the seat:
